In case the form is filled by guardians, it should be clearly indicated in the Registration form. Once signed, it is assumed that the parent has read, understood and accepted all the conditions given in the Prospectus.
The applications will be scrutinized and only those found complete in all respects will be selected for observation / written test. Intimation of the exact date and timing will be pasted on the Notice Board of the School. The parents will have to come and collect the Admit and Identity Cards from the school office.
The School principal reserves all rights to accept or reject any application for registration without assigning any reason thereof.
Documents Required for Registration
The originals of the following documents are to be deposited with the school :
- The Registration Form
- Birth Certificate on Form 5 or 9, Issued by Registrar of Birth & Death of Municipal Corporation / Municipality or Gram Panchayat Adhikari only. Certificates issued by doctors, nursing homes, hospitals, Gram Panchayat on letter head etc, will not be accepted.
- Report Card of the class previously attended, for Class Il onwards; and Transfer Certificate (T.C.). For Class II onwards. T.C. must be countersigned by BSA or C.B.S.E, Delhi as applicable.
- Character Certificate from School previously attended for Class VIII onwards.
- Caste Certificate.
Note: Fill the Admission form very carefully. A Student whose admission form contains any concealed / incorrect or mismatched information will be canceled and a report will be made to CBSE and the district education authorities. Admissions are treated as provisional untill all required documents are submitted by parents, in time.
Admission Process
Admission to Classes Nursery, KG I and KG II will be granted on the basis of observation – cum – interaction. Presence of both the parents during this interaction is mandatory.
Classes I To IX & XI Written Test And Interaction
For Class I onwards, a formal written test will be conducted in Language (English), Maths and General Awareness to check the linguistic proficiency, mathematical ability and general knowledge for assessing the suitability for admission to the next class. Failure to take admission within the stipulated time will lead to cancellation and the seat will be given to the next waiting.
For Class IX and XI
Admission in classes IX & XI will be considered Provisionally after written test & personal interaction/interview of the student and parents.
Age Criteria
The age of the candidate as recorded in the birth certificate, will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class, according to New Education Policy 2020

Academic Session
The new academic session will commence from April and end in March. (Detailed Academic Calendar will be available with the office)
Working Hours Of The School Office
The School Office will remain open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on all working days. The office will remain closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
The Principal can be met between 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon on all working days, with prior appointment only.
